We are a company based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and our services are primarily available in Tanzania and other supported regions.

Full name, email address, phone number, and profile picture (if provided)
Delivery address, billing address, and payment details (processed securely)
Government ID or business registration documents (for riders and vendors when required)

Device type, OS version, unique device identifiers
Log data (IP address, access times, app errors/crashes)
Location data (required for delivery tracking and rider assignments)

c) Transaction Data

Orders placed, payments made, delivery history

Create and manage your YumRider account
Facilitate food delivery, rider matching, and order tracking
Process payments through secure, compliant processors
Communicate with you about your orders, promotions, and support

Delivery Partners – to complete your orders
